Batch apply a LUT to video
A folder of clips, one look, per-clip strength. LOG conversion without opening a timeline or building a node graph.
LOG footage is the common case
D-Log, S-Log, C-Log and the rest come off the card flat and grey on purpose, and every clip from that shoot needs the same conversion. That is a batch job, but the tools that do it well are editors: a timeline, a colour page, a render queue.
BatchTone treats it as what it is. Drop the folder in, pick the Rec.709 conversion, and come back to graded files with the same names.

What it does under the hood
Export goes through ffmpeg, which BatchTone ships rather than asking you to install. Strength below 100% is a real blend: the stream is split, graded on one branch and mixed back over the original, which is the same arithmetic the photo path uses — so a clip at 50% and a photo at 50% land on the same values.
Encoding uses the Mac's own hardware encoder, so a two-minute 4K clip does not take twenty minutes, and the audio track is copied rather than re-encoded.

Which formats?
MP4 and MOV in, MP4 out. H.264 and HEVC are both read, including 10-bit.
Does it re-encode the audio?
No. The audio stream is copied across untouched.
Can I see the look before exporting?
Yes — a frame is pulled from each clip and the LUT is previewed on it, so the strength is judged on the actual footage rather than on a filename.
